Perfect Fit!!! Yeah-Baby!!!!
Searching 2 years for a LED Replacement for the OEM "G9" Bulbs that gets hotter than the surface of the sun causing bulb sockets to become burnt looking, and having us worried about it being a real fire hazard.So, because of this, for over 2 years we have not used the lights on our Range Hood.We were about to purchase a New Range Hood that comes with LEDs, when I happened across these LED Replacements. So, last try on a fix before sending our Range Hood to the junkyard, I ordered these yesterday. I went with the soft white, (not the daylight bright white). They arrived today. (Nice work on the next day delivery Amazon!)To install these, i did have to remove the light housing from Range Hood to wiggle the LED bulb into the socket and light housing...then heard the "click" sound... FINALLY a LED "G9" Replacement that is ACTUALLY the same size as a standard G9 Bulb!!! AND IT FITS PERFECTLY!!!Then I put all back together, hit the on/off light button.....and.....SWEET LITTLE, 4lb, 8oz, SWEET LITTLE BABY JESUS....THEY WORKED!!!! See Pics. Wife and I love them! Finally after more than 2 years, we have Lights over our Range!!! And, you can see in the pics that I am holding my finger on the bulb after being on for over 30 minutes now...."E.T. PHONE HOME...". Bulb gets a little warm, but that's it. Doesn't radiate Lava Heat like the regular G9's. These are FANTASTIC! Won't regret purchasing these.AAA+++

Perfect replacement fit for under-kitchen-counter fixtures
Brightness and color match previous bulbs well. Physical size and connectors also fit perfectly. Easy to install. Too soon to know how long they'll last.

Almost same size as g9 halogen bulb
About same size of g9 halogen bulb.Lots of styles and sizes out there.Had to have 1 as same size due to clearance of ceiling fixture glass cover/Allen & Roth triple glass fixture.The fit perfectly,no heat,3000k which is clear white.They look great,use less energy,and of course last longer.Just received them so I really don't knw how long they will last.Hope this helps...

Decent bulbs, but may be too large for some applications
G9 bike is typically used in compact appliances like hood vents and small fridges. I couldn’t fit this bulb in either. They are simply too large.

We prefer the warm white link and the low watage is perfect for our hallway fixture.
