Versatile for All Needs
Comfy neoprene brace with pouch for the included icepack. Versatility- I used it for outdoor tack meets. I kept the icepack in my little ice chest and wrapped this around my head/neck to combat the heat. I have no leakage. I have used it for low back pain and if ice helps you then this is great for pain relief. I used it on the go so its of great quality. I will recommend this to other track moms, Coaches, athletes because its a great value for the money.

Savior for my lower back pain
This wrap has been a game changer for my lower back pain. It's very convenient how the packs are swappable so I can always have one ready to go. I usually wear it on the drive to the office and then when I get home, the second pack is ready to go. They last for more than a half hour and seem well made. The size is great for me as well (I wear size 34 pants) and could probably fit someone who is quite a bit larger. I have two minor gripes, which aren't enough to deduct a star. The first thing is that the mesh pocket that holds the cold pack is held together by a velcro strip right in the middle. If you wear it with direct skin contact, it can be itchy and scratchy. It's a non issue if you use it over a shirt. The second problem is that after a couple weeks of use, the main velcro that keeps it on has already lost its strength so the wrap keeps falling off. I have found that if I really mash the two pieces together and try not to move around too much with it on, it does ok. I suppose with some sewing and some industrial velcro strips, I can solve this myself in the future.

Pretty Decent
Helpful for a hurt back while working. I was able to wear this comfortably for the day at work. Other moldable ice packs fit in the pouch as well.

Mobile, flexible, great for icing and heat
My elderly mother fell and broke a part of her lower spine and sacrum. I bought this wrap with two packs so I could use one for heat and keep one in the freezer as she needed to alternate between hot and cold. The pack is flexible, freezes and heats up well. She can move around with it on and wore it to doctor’s appointments, etc. A bonus about the wrap style is it offered support for her lower back, somewhat like a brace (we tried a brace and it was awful for her) and she could make it as tight as she needed. I actually ended up buying one for myself and using it on my lower back, and it was really nice to be able to walk around with the heat pack on, unlike electric heat pads. The only thing is if you need it for your shoulders, it’s not quite the right design unless you lay down on it. Everywhere else you can wrap around your body, works like a charm.

Perfect for lumbar back surgery recovery
The Velcro isn’t of the best quality, but I found that if you just squeeze the ends together hard when you put it on, it does work better. That was my only issue with it. I had back surgery (L5-S1) recently and ice has been very needed and this is the perfect avenue to get it where I need. It fits pretty well under my clothes at work too! I got 3 different ones of these for variety, extras, and so I would have some at work, and they’re all pretty great. I would have to say this one is the most functional as it just stays where it needs to be and nothing more. But I do wish the ice packs were bigger on this one. But it’s not much of an issue. I also got the one that’s the large ice pack with the velcro straps attached to it directly. I love it, but unless it’s under clothes that hold it down, the top and bottom kind of roll out or get moved when I sit in my office chair. The last one I got which I want to love the most but can’t quite is the large one with the brace. The reason I can’t love it the most is when you pull it tight with the brace, the lack of good velcro on the ends make it easy for it to come apart, especially when sitting down and standing up frequently for work. Also, the corners of the velcro for the brace part are SHARP and have sliced open my palm, the back of my hand, and my arms. They 100% need to be under thicker clothing or else they’re dangerous. That being said, I do use that one the most at work because it keeps the ice pack exactly where I need it all of the time. Take what you will from this, but there’s no comparison to trying to make an ice pack stay on you any other way when you’re trying to move around. The ice packs themselves are amazing too. If you use them by themselves when you’re laying down, they’re perfect.

Works better than expected! Mind blown!
Having severe back issues, this is an absolute lifesaver! It stays cold much longer than most ice packs I've made and purchased both! It wraps around a 3xxx waist, with the stretchable velcro, and stays in place very well! I've used this as I walked around for my steps, and it helped so much! I've also used this higher on my upper back, and it fits to wrap around big-breasted ladies! I highly suggest this if you need something that's mobile and cold compressed on your back or stomach! (My daughter used it, turned it around to soothe her cramps with it hot, and says it's very nice and is going to get one of her own soon!)

Once secured it's good
Actually the effectiveness of the item is good. The availability to swap hot and cold is a big help. The problem is the strap design. It needs additional straps to help tighten it more easily. The belt strap alone makes it difficult to get a tight fit.

Lifesaver
Really is a game changer! It’s impossible to keep ice on your back without sitting down. I am able to put this on and still be mobile in my house and achieve some pain relief. It stays in place. Buy it, you will love it too.
