The seam is down the middle but is external so it was comfortable to wear.

Hello. I can't remember if it has a wire for the nose, but I do know it was more comfortable than any mask I used. I lost my Nybee mask, and I seriously miss it, and have to buy several for family and more for me. It was washable and light weight to wear, making it more breathable.
