What is the capacity of this pan in either liter or quarts?

This pan holds 2-1/2 quarts filled to the brim. It is only 10 inches wide and 2-1/2 inches deep. I replaced a similar pan but it was much deeper. I wish my new pan was bigger.

Has anybody used this pan on a glass cooktop? Looking to buy as a gift.

I bought the pan to use on my glass top range. It's perfect! The pan has a nice flat bottom so it connects well with the stove surface. I have followed the instructions for bringing the pan up to temp over a medium heat and haven't had any problem with the pan warping. I have owned the pan for several months now and haven't had any problems with the surface either.I'd buy another one of these!

What are the dimensions of the cooking surface for the 10" and 12"?

I have the 10 inch and as close as I can measure, the surface before rising on sides is 9-9.5 inches. I will let you know that this is by far my most favorite cooking item. It is deeper than any other pan it holds a variety of other items and liquids without running over and not making a mess. It cooks evenly, the lid is glass see-thru with a hole to help remove steam, washes quick because nothing ever sticks and T-fal makes a great unit. I have the smaller omelet pan as well and is of great value as well. My intention is to purchase the 12 inch as well. I am an avid cook and cook daily for dinners and T-fal is my new go-to!
