Works great. Stays on after boxing.

Works well when applied correctly. There are many videos online on how to put this on for various types of support. Not overly reflective, more like a reflective sheen. Great price for a waterproof kinesiology tape that will hold up well to an active lifestyle, just be careful on removing the tape or it will start to remove skin (1st hand experience) so read the directions well.

I have herniated discs in lower back and have tried back braces that didn't help but this tape is like having extra muscle support! It takes the pain level down to where it's manageable and after few days my back pain actually calms down! Used it on my knee when i had a torn meniscus and could not believe how i was able to walk without pain. After a few weeks i was able to go without the tape. This tape is amazing for helping to recover from sprains and strains, as well as some of the regular aches and pains of aging! I love the pro tape because it stays on for a couple of days, but it doesn’t stick to the extent that it won’t come off my skin like the pro extreme. I always have a few rolls of this around the house…this generations “ace bandage”.

In the beginning, it kept coming off! So I realized that I had to be sure to take the tape off from the bottom, not the top and apply it incrementally and patiently, and ensure that it was fully secure before leaving home. Since that adjustment was made, it works perfectly.

Excellent. I’ve used these for years while playing tennis. They stick well and last the whole day. If you need to you can shower with them and get back out onto the court. I love the fun colors. They’re sturdy enough to be tossed in my bag, dragged around, and exposed to temperature swings in the car without issue. Im a return customer and I’ve never had a reason to switch.

I've been with the same delivery company for 27 years, my job it's 95% physical and my aging body feels it more and more with every month that passes. I have tried EVERYTHING to combat the aches and pains of my daily labor. So when I came across the KT Tape I didn't hold much hope for any type of relief but after using the tape for a few months, I realized I hadn't had the usual guarded focus on my problem areas that I had had in the past, which meant that the pain hadn't been there to create the constant awareness like it had before. I work in an environment where I'm exposed to 300 to 500 people daily, countless numbers have stopped me to inquire about the tape to which I tell my story and where I've gotten the tape from. We use this tape for injured athletes, we chose the orange because it was cheaper than the other colours. Not sure why but the colour doesn't make a difference on the product. Came as promised and on time

Tapes don't stick too well for some reason least the one i had bought

The KT Tape does not seem to work. I have used the SpiderTech tape in the past, and you can feel the pull/tension from the SpiderTech but not with the KT tape. Also, if you need to re-adjust, the tape does not stick anymore.
