I first used this to treat a sinus problem that became bronchitis. I put 1 squeeze on the dropper into 3 oz. of water and took this about 4 times a day. This alcohol content in this supplement is so high you can hardly get it down. It needs more herb and less alcohol.

I'm not sure if this product helps improve one's health - I took it for a week and it was difficult to tell if I had any marked improvement. I'm glad I tried it though as I prefer natural remedies over synthetic ones.
