Defective item at our premise
Till date 06/10/24 item has not been replaced. Initiated replacementbefore 7 to 8 days. Defective item was delivered within 24 hours and replacement, no sign.

Awesome
This tap faucet is just wow. Very Useful for kitchen sink. Even it saves water . Having two patterns of water flow. Can easily switch between two. Easy to install and clean.

Leaking and poor quality
This is made entirely of plastic and does not fit very well. Cannot tighten much due to plastic body and therefore leaks from the ball joint swivel. Worked ok for a little while when new but started leaking in a few months.
