Very good quality
Love kitory knives, I own about 6 of them. I have never been disappointed in the products I have purchased.Pros: heavy, has a great feel in my hand. could probably chop down a tree if it had to, don't do that tho!Cons: only one I can think of is I wish it was sharper. Out of the box it will cut food and veg. I have found out with most knives I have bought, even expensive ones need to be sharpened.
