Sparkling Ice Peach Nectarine, 17 Fl Oz Bottle (Pack of 12)

I’ve drank Sparkling Ice for years and love many of the flavors.However, I bought a case of peach nectarine that had been stored in extreme heat. The tops of the bottles are stained orange and the caps are warped. The water tastes of plastic.I asked Amazon to exchange for a new case and they sent another entire case of undrinkable water. Plastic that sits in the sun breaks down which is why the water tastes like plastic.Amazon won’t let me return a second time so I guess I got a BOGO sale on plastic infused water. Thanks, Amazon!

The flavor is ok. I’m just concerned with the quality of the product. The bottle was dyed from the color of the liquid, not clear like other Ice Waters I’ve purchased. On the picture you can see the one from Amazon vs one from Kroger. Was it exposed to high heat in storage, dyeing the clear bottle? Did that make any chemicals from the plastic leak into the product? I hope not!Or is this just different quality from the product sold at grocery stores.

The product looked strange, with the top part of the bottle stained orange - the drink tasted odd. We drink this fairly often and this is definitely not what it usually looks like or tastes like. Not sure if this was a fluke but we weren’t satisfied with what we received

Never had this flavor before, but I have been buying this brand since 2005. This case had an orange stain inside the cap & upper bottle that stained fingers if touched. The flavor tasted odd, waxy to the tongue. No flavor or color ever bought exhibited this stain or taste profile. It is like sipping a peach candle.

Love these things. My go to instead of pop. Ordered these to have some bulk rather than store purchases. It’s like the dye in the drink adhered to the plastic on the top of the bottle. Looks like it was stored on its side or upside down. Tried shaking to mix it back up. No luck. Literally dyes my skin if i run my finger through it. Crazy to think i was consuming this stuff. Will not buy anymore.
