Cleans both sides of your teeth at the same time so less stressful for children.
My child is autistic and has problems with brushing his teeth due to the feeling of the brush. Now the bristles are plastic but the advantage of these toothbrushes is that they clean the teeth front and back at the same time, which cuts down the time on brushing and causing more stress for him. It takes awhile to get use to but I find them very helpful indeed.

Autism saviour
My Autistic son absolutely loves this toothbrush and prefers it to any other we have tried and have at home. It's great that it brushes all sides of the tooth at once so he spends less time brushing as it's always a big struggle for us to do it for 2 minutes.

Difficult to get toothpaste on
Great idea, and my son likes the dual surface brushing as it leaves his teeth feeling cleaner. Hard to get the toothpaste to sit on it though as the brushes are quite rigid

Stick to Dr.Barmans
Not the worst however the bristles are silicone (not specified anywhere in the description) and do not clean the teeth properly. Autistic family of adults and kids with sensory issues and they were not great for any of us, unfortunately. I did like that you could adjust the head to fit around the larger teeth though.Dr. Barmans brushes are much better (although more expensive) so will stick with those. I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative but you do get what you pay for I guess!

Functional
The bristles aren’t as soft as I would’ve liked but overall functionality is good. The three sides tend to move while brushing which is great for flexibility. For my special needs child though it is perfect and better than a single bristle toothbrush.

Too small and too hard for me.
I was surprised by how stiff and tight the bristles were. The toothbrush was uncomfortable, and I put it in my house cleaning supplies.
