Very well made. Was a graduation gift for my granddaughter who love the capability of charging her phone with the USB PORT. CAN’t go wrong with a Swiss Army item

Great luggage. I took it to Greece for 2 weeks and it’s the only bag I needed.

Luggage just arrived. Haven’t used it yet. Looks good. I bought the hard shell checked luggage. Love the spinner wheels and the TSA lock inclusion. However, the description said it had USB! Well, when it couldn’t find it, I went searching deeper into the product specs… only to find buried there that ONLY the carry-on piece has USB. 🙄So if you’re choosing this particular luggage model because you want USB, don’t! Although disappointed, I’ll still keep the set.

Bought this set to see how well it matched up to my 20+ year Samsonite soft sided set. Out of the box they seemed a little light duty and probably wouldn't last long. To my surprise, the case held up fairly well. My gripe now is that it hasn't made the 1 year mark and one of the wheels on a set of casters has broken off as I discovered after returning from my latest trip.

Superb purchase at the right time for my travel requirements and lives up to its level of quality and accommodation of belongings. A must have and will definitely purchase additional pieces of the same size.

Although the code worked, the mechanism to actually release the zippers broke, leaving us unable to get access to the contents. Had to use a screw driver to pry them open

This luggage is as advertised. I couldn’t be more pleased!
