Received a torn and totally damaged bag . This is absolutely shocking . Photos attached

Looks are as it is but it's quite heavy and not original leather bag, very disappointed to buy this bag.

It’s a true red it is so beautiful and so nice three different pockets and it’s a full-size zipper so awesome. I love my new purse. My beautiful purse broke a handle when I was shopping so I told them that my purse handle is broken and they said we’ll send you a replacement and give you a refund. I never got the replacement. I’m still waiting for the replacement cause as I said that was a beautiful purse so where is my one that’s supposed to be in route to me where is it?

The bag was not filled with papers, so the bag was folded and looks ugly. The point of connection of handle to bag is torn. overall it can not be used or given as gift

This purse was late coming. It is not so nice and much smaller then it appeared on line. In order to send it back to the United States it caused about $50. i would throw it out before i would pay the shipping fee.

Beautiful bag. Walked into Coach store and they wanted to know where I got it. Good quality and was not disappointed. Red was perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Over a Good Purse but smaller than I thought it would be and not as sturdy but it is beautiful. I thought the purse would hold its shape but it came packaged flat and unless you fill it up, it tends to collapse in on the sides. A good purse for the price though.
