Great freezers
I own 30 of them now for my business and have only had problems with 2. Avanti is really great about honoring the warranty. As far as dents on arrival it has always been the shipping company. Be sure to take it out of the box upon arrival. Great freezers.

So far the product is working good, but it arrived damaged
So far the product is working good, but it arrived damaged. There was a dent in the back and also a dent/gash in the side that even took off the paint. Disappointed on the size inside. It is not totally open. There is a shelf on one side so you can't fit near as much in there as we thought that we could. We do like the sliding top.

Defective
I don't usually write reviews but this freezer is horrible. It was dented in several places when it arrived and when I plugged it in on the coldest setting and let it run all night it was still 45F

External condensation and loud
I purchased this to store my extra breast milk and it's definitely staying cold enough. My issues are that it's very loud and doesn't seal properly which leads to condensation. I advise purchasing the traditional chest freezer as the clear sliding top isn't efficient.

WHAT THE .....
I am having water freeze when 2 brand new thermometers are showing that it has an inside temp of 40 degrees. This was happening so I figured my thermometer was out of wack so I bought 2 new ones just to check.
