Amazing
I adore my new dishwasher. I've had two dishwashers prior this one and have used others.I knew that Bosch was a decent brand name for dishwashers and after researching what I wanted from my new one, I chose this brand and model. My prior dishwashers were smaller. The first was a secondhand Bosch tabletop style which lasted a good while before I needed to replace it. I was impressed with the build of it, so it helped me with deciding on Bosch again. The second was a slimline Beko which couldnt fit my dinner plates upright and was very limited, space wise. However, it lasted a decent amount of time, though it gradually fell apart, plastic becoming brittle and snapping off. It evevtually just stopped working properly and rather than fix it as it was already falling to bits, decided on new. This time around pre purchase, I had a list of pre requisites. I knew I wanted full size as now have the space for it. I wanted at least 12 place settings so I could manage one wash load a day (small number in household) and, all important, could fit my dinner plates upright and have adjustable interior to suit different wash needs. This model ticks all the boxes.Dinner plates go in without any issues. There's ample space for the rotating arm above. The middle rack rises if you need extra headroom for larger dinnerware. This model comes with a third rack at the top for cooking utensils, sharp knives and has an optional slide across section if you have tall glasses on the middle rack, allowing headroom. In the middle rack there's an optional power wash area, for heavily soiled cups or bowls.the prongs on the bottom and middle racks can be moved to increase the space between for bowls or pan lids. The cutlery holder is large enough for a dinner party, the luxury of having each type of cutlery separated is handy. It can wash up to 13 place settings. Ample space for plates, prep and cooking paraphernalia, bakeware, pans, utensils etc.You can remove the middle rack entirely and place a baking/roasting pan washer rose to the rear of the inside in its place. This creates additional power washing for extra dirty, greasy bakeware. The head height is ideal for all your needs. Its so adaptable, plus you have the option to operate it via WiFi connection. There are additional modes you can add to the good variety of wash options manually or remotely. The display shows the time the cycle takes and counts down. Its very quiet, so quiet I had to check it was actually working when I used it the first time. I've yet to use it on silent mode, which is an option.Only criticism I can give is the supplied water inlet hose is frankly, tiny. I had already bought a new set of extra long inlet and outlet hoses. My dishwasher is not immediately under the sink so needed to have hoses that would fit without them being overly stretched or bent.Be sure to get new hoses if you buy a new dishwasher. I attached the new outlet hose already attached to the dishwasher to my existing set up, because it was relatively new still and also because it wouldn't budge. Jubilee clips on each connection keeps it watertight. If your dishwasher is a distance away from where the waste outlet is (undersink is mostly where it'll be) then get an additional outlet hose to attach to the dishwasher one. There's a male and female end. Use a jubilee clip on both to tighten the seal.Highly recommend this brand and model. Filling the salt and rinse aide reservoirs is easy and the detergent port is easy to open and close, either powder or tab can be used.

Not good enough
I've owned it for about a year now and I'm constantly disappointed. I owned very old Bosh dishwasher before and it was amazing so went for this one hoping it would be as good. The main reasons I don't like it are that it does not wash dishes properly unless you set it up at Intense wash, otherwise there will be greasy film left on all of your dishes. Auto program is also not suitable. Top drawer really limits the space in the middle drawer so you're not able to fit taller glasses there. The items on top drawer do not wash that good. If there are food particles on them, they will stay on it like it never was washed. The only good part about the top tray is, that it can be removed. The extra clean zone in the middle dishwasher is just confusing as you need to switch between that or usual spray blade. So if you switch it to extra clean nozzles, only the items above them get washed, but nothing else on the shelve. Such a design flow. The very wide display strip in the front is...not a display. Just very small middle part is, it shows the time until the end of the cycle. I wish more information was included there.WiFi connection - I've not intended to use it at all, but if you want to have some extra programs, like Rinse, you have to download the app, register and get this program there. Rinse program should be one if the standard ones. Also, I've managed to connect via WiFi just once and it's forgotten my devise, yet the Rinse program was saved as my favourite on the dishwasher, so I'm kind of pleased with it, yet I don't like the fact I had to give my personal information to Bosh to get it.Next time I'm just gonna go for a very basic dishwasher as this one is just a waste of money. I'm honestly hoping it will break very soon.

The extra drawer makes it too small !!!
By adding an extra drawer in the top of the dishwasher for cutlery, Bosch has made the other two drawers too small. The rotating spray arm under the middle drawer is not high enough and hits the plates stacked in the bottom drawer (standard size plates from John Lewis). The middle drawer (historically the top drawer) also doesn't have enough height clearance to stack the same coffee cafetiere and wine glasses I have been stacking for years in my last Bosch dishwasher. To be able to fit in everything I need to in the middle drawer I've had to take the top drawer out completely! But then I've discovered the bottom drawer issue too. I only bought this a few days ago, I'm going to have to request my money back as this dishwasher isn't fit for purpose, and is a downgrade on the last Series 6 Bosch dishwasher I bought 7 years ago !!!
