I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day. I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$. also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat. I’ve been taking this vitamin supplement for a while now, and I can definitely feel the benefits. The quality is excellent, the capsules are easy to take, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy and well-being since starting them. It’s also reassuring to know the ingredients are clearly listed and well-balanced. A solid, reliable supplement that delivers what it promises!

I want to start by saying I originally just wanted a multivitamin that would work well with my individual vitamin supplements, and after some research, i found this. I liked that it includes fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms that are beneficial, as well as digestive enzymes and some hair/skin/nails supplements so i don't have to find separate supplements for all that. I recently heard from a friend about folic acid, which is recommended for pre-natal and lots of other vitamin-enriched things, but now thanks to my friend, i understand why folate is so much better than folic acid, and I was thrilled to find out these vitamins use actual Folate. I'm not a scientist by any stretch of the imagination, but I feel like these vitamins were actually formulated with health in mind, and I appreciate that.

The item is good, but Amazon shipped it via USPS. so it sat in an extremely HOT mailbox which probably compromised the quality of the vitamins. This is not acceptable.

I have problems with upset stomach after taking vitamins. I still take these with food but no upset stomach or nausea. These vitamins provide everything I need in a vitamin! They also give an energy boost.

I’ve been taking the Alive! Women’s Ultra Multivitamin for a while now, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my daily energy and overall well-being. The tablets are a little large, but they’re easy enough to swallow with water. I also appreciate that it’s a high-potency formula designed specifically for women’s needs. They taste a little funny and are huge, but they're worth the trouble. I'd switched to gummy vitamins at the start of the pandemic because I just wanted to have a multi. Later, I realized that so many things were missing from gummy vitamins so I was purchasing more vitamin supplements to make up for what the gummies didnt have (Vit D, Mag, etc). Anyway, these are perfect. They have a large amount of the vitamins I really require in them ... however ... they are pretty hard on your stomach. Let's be honest. Every single vitamin says you need to eat a full meal and drink a full glass of water with the vitamin. DO NOT PLAY AROUND WITH THIS! If you don't have a full meal and water, you will feel like crap until you eat enough for the vitamin to work with. Outside of that, these are great. I plan on continuing taking them. UPDATE: Ive since stopped taking them but am going to repurchase. I ran out and Amazon didnt have any on Prime shipping so I decided to purchase the regular Alive Women's multi. While its good and the pills are smaller, it doesnt do what this Ultra Potency did for me. I originally bought it because I was supplementing too many things for my numb limbs. 2 limbs randomly go numb when I sleep if I dont have enough B12, Potassium, and Magnesium. Since taking the regular Alive, the numbness has come back. So since Amazon still doesnt have my Ultra Potency on Prime, I'll have to find them elsewhere. I will never go without this vitamin again.

Vitamines efficaces. Elles ont eu un effet sur ma forme en générale et sur les cheveux qui sont devenus moins cassants. Cependant les comprimés sont fortement dosés, j'ai senti une fatigue des reins à partir de la quatrième semaine de consommation, il faut donc boire beaucoup d'eau.

Estas vitaminas las estoy tomando hace 3 años y me van muy bien las tomo por caída de pelo desde que las tomo me ha frenado la caída del pelo.
