The Ultimate Final Fantasy XIV Cookbook: The Essential Culinarian Guide to Hydaelyn

This cookbook is an absolute treasure for any Final Fantasy XIV fan who loves to cook. The recipes are clear, beautifully presented, and surprisingly approachable, even for someone who is not a master culinarian. I was especially impressed with how well the flavors translate into real-world meals. The Popotos au Gratin turned out rich and comforting, exactly the kind of dish you’d want after a long dungeon run. The Almond Bread came out soft, nutty, and perfect for breakfast or snacking. And the La Noscean Toast? Let’s just say it has officially replaced my usual weekend brunch. It’s that good! The book itself is gorgeous, filled with stunning photography and game-inspired details that make it just as enjoyable to read as it is to cook from. It feels like a genuine extension of the world of Eorzea brought to life in my own kitchen. If you love FFXIV and want to taste a bit of the adventure at your own table, this cookbook is worth every gil.

Out of the recipes Ive tried so far they are by far the best recipes imo out of any themed cookbook Ive bought so far. Ive bought the stardew valley cookbook, the anime cookbook, cook anime, and the gastronogeek cookbook (which are also great cookbooks that I would recommend) The mole loaf is my personal favorite so far! If I had to give one complaint (and this just might be my stupidity) is that it doesn’t give easy to understand sizing so the first time I made the tuna miq’abob the pieces were too small. But like I said that might be my stupidity since there was a picture of it by the recipe. Other than things not being super detailed I love this cookbook and I’m excited to cook more recipes from this book

Honestly it has some really good recipes inside. Inside its very clear as to what it is you need and how to do it, and it tells you the difficulty of each recipe. I was able to make bread and a quiche as someone who hardly ever bakes. So if you want something with some pizzazz as you learn to cook a variety of things this is the way to go

As an avid player of this MMORPG, I wanted to purchase the companion cookbook to help with the immersion even more. This cookbook definitely delivers! :) The recipes are fantastic in this book and do not skimp on flavor! And I am a food snob ;) I would say stay away if you do not like seafood, as most of the recipes incorporate seafood as the protein or fish sauce. However, there are still a few non-seafood recipes that are mighty yummy. Also, how cute that this book is written from the perspective of a moogle :) It is charming and the pictures are vivid. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves this game but also anyone who loves cooking good food!

This book was written quite passionately by someone (or a team?) who really did their research into the game, its lore, and how food items are presented within it. Many of the recipes actually take the individual components used to make certain dishes when crafting into account for their ingredients. That's an attention to detail I really enjoy. I also love the descriptions and character commentary that is found throughout the book. It really gives an immersive experience to the recipes that almost makes the cookbook feel like some travel log someone picked up in-universe. The pictures are lovely, everything's easy to find, the instructions are clear, and they even took dietary restrictions into account. Just a wonderful cookbook all around -- even for someone who isn't a gamer!

Amazing book, its got cute references to the game from the banter between a culinarian and his assistant to the screenshots taken in game to the references of a certain jumping puzzle. Its a fun time to look over it and Its friendly to those with dietary needs or preferences. Includes difficulty ratings for the recipes (I aim to conquer the almond croissant one day). Its informative, easy to follow and even has helped me learn some new cooking and baking practices. I have a ton of bookmarks in mine for things I want to try. The photo's above are the walnut bread and farmers breakfast, I've also tried the cornbread and kupo nuts but didn't get photo's of those. Great recipes, made around a good theme and a very wholesome experience overall.

El libro está increíble, en cada página te topas con un poco de los personajes del juego y al principio se te da una descripción referente a la comida del juego y como se consigue contado por un moogle, se te detalla también entre otras cosas el nivel de "dificultad" de cocinar el platillo, un buen detalle para los principiantes en la cocina. Está increíble

The book arrived way ahead of schedule, and arrived in perfect condition. True to the other comments, the recipes were pretty common for some, but the design and immersive way they wrote the book makes you feel Eorzean for a change. The binding seems a bit fragile though, so I'll be taking photos of the recipes into my kitchen while the book can stay on the shelf. Time to make me some popoto salad!

No. Me da igual por que tengo poco criterio y muchas ganas de calmar mi ansiedad causada por un sistema capitalista alimentando La maquinaria con mi coleccionismo? Desde luego. PD: La receta de galletas de café no te harán rico como en Endwalker, pero están suficientemente ricas para calmar tu corazón
