Not a worthy product to even sell on Amazon marketplace. It's useless to purchase a product that takes more than 30mins to heat up.

I would prefer to heat the wax in microwave, cz it's way quicker than the heater provided in this package. Never the less it melts the wax, but where a microwave can warm it in 1 minutes the heater take 30 mins. So I would not go though 30 minutes of struggle to get the 1 minutes effect😑. You all get what I'm saying.

Comments: Charger is not working . Bought last month but due to travelling was only able to use today and was disappointed as charger is not working

It is perfect but you need to warm up the wax in hot water or microwave because it needs 30 min by the device unless if you are not in harry it is ok

The machine works very good. The wax is only sticky and doesn't remove hair

I plugged it in and spark , take out and totally burnt, not only did it do that but my whole plug system didn’t work which had a lot of plug points and usbc and abs b chargers on it- very expensive so ruined 2 things in one go and I cannot return it! What a waste of money and not safe at all!!!!!! I’m very disappointed!

It didn't work even after being plugged in for more than an hour. It would heat up but not spread! Don't waste your money.
