I have rather large head for a woman and it is a constant challenge to find a summer hat that fits and looks good. This one did the trick! My head's size is 60-61, XL (size 62) fits perfectly, allowing for my "main" to be comfortably covered for it, rather than flattened and "squashed" :-). Love it! I think it will perfectly fit both man or woman. Very happy with this purchase.

Was a bit dubious about this regarding quality and size etc but as it was not massive money - shelled out.Really pleased with it. Came in large box with a plastic supportive insert to keep the shape. The quality is good and the fit is spot on although there is a facility to adjust. I measured my head at a tad under 58cm and went for the medium. Time will tell as to how it stands up to folding / packing etc. All good so far though.

My old straw hat got crushed in a house move, so I needed a new one for summer (and for my honeymoon in a few months!)This one showed up very well packed, with a plastic shape keeper inside (don't know what they're actually called but I'm keeping it for use in suitcases and such!).It's nice and comfortable, and the size adjuster inside means it's now fitting perfectly on my head. It also comes with a couple of foam adjusters, if you should need those for extra comfort. I might wind up using those for a couple of spots where the straw touches my head - as it might chafe a little when wearing for extended periods - so that's a thoughtful addition.I plan on replacing the band, but that's for personal preference rather than anything wrong, it's sewed in very well and looks really nice, very classy.My partner approves how it looks on me, which is always important to me, as she's the one that has to look at me wearing it, so top marks there!Great value for money, I'd recommend this for sure.

It’s a great design. It is well made, and nicely packaged. The drawstring option is clever because you can make it slightly tighter. I’ve had to do this because I found the hat was bigger than I was expecting. I measured my head as 60cm. After buying the 58-61cm option, it’s quite loose and feel that it would easily fly off on a windy day. If I had more time before my holiday, I would’ve replaced it with a smaller size.

Really disappointed with this, the size and quality were as expected but it came in a flat box (could have been mistaken for a book) so is very misshaped. I've had it out on a side all day but is just maintaining its crumpled look. Such a shame!

This is a really well-made hat. I’m studying millinery so I know my hats! I bought the x-small size for my 8 year old boy and he loves it. He needed a sun hat to take into school so it was quicker for me to buy one rather than make one myself, but I was sceptical as to the quality would be like. It turned out I needn’t have worried, it’s lovely and although it’s a great fit, the adjustable headband inside the crown is a nice touch. It even came with little foam inserts. Very quick delivery.

Great hat for sunny days: nice soft feel, well made and delivered next day. Perfect fit! I'm a 58 cms, which is the top end of medium and low end of large, so I went for the medium. No need to tighten the sizing band inside, or add the size reduction pads. But it's worth knowing that if your hat's a little on the large size you have options to shrink it by about 2 cms.Very cool - in both senses...

Purchased to replace a worn through old straw trilby. Wanted a hat that keeps sun off my head but also looks ok with a blazer and tie. Found this hat on Amazon prime.Hat arrived quickly and well packaged. It had an insert to prevent damage in transit. It is a good tight weave to help prevent sun passing through the material. I ordered a large size for my 60 cm head. The hat comes with a couple of padded inserts and also has draw string to help with sizing. Having had hat a week and worn every day I can say I am very happy so far.
