I have used the pain pills from this brand and now these knee pills. They definitely are fast acting and work. Im a 42 yo competitive powerlifter and train heavy 4 days a week . These definitely help and this brand is legit. I also order the inflammation pills so excited to try .

I purchased this product for my knees as I run and heard tumeric is helpful with inflammation but it can interact with other things you take, depends on your body. I got a stomach ache for 3 days and constipatedi after about a week of consecutive use. Also terrible heartburn at night. This is not returnable.
