Packaging was really nice, both seals on golden box were intact, golden box is really really weak though. It came in with the certificate packaging. Coin does not move inside the square, like some people have mentioned. So I guess that's a good thing. Delivery was in a single day. I was honestly surprised. QR code on the back is probably for internal use, I was not able to scan to get any meaningful info for end customers. It was some number, probably its a record in the MMTC-PAMP books like product serial and batch number. Prices were exactly same to MMTC website. Before buying make sure to check the seller, this package is not delivered using amazon delivery service, I got mine via bludart.

Beautiful and premium in Pricing and packaging, ofcourse the quality of gold is purest available in market with 0 nil tolerance,other brand gold bars are little cheaper due to +- 20-50 mg Nil tolerance.Apart from this Gold coins and bars from local Jewellers are much cheaper than any gold available online.

I bought this from Amazon but when I escalated the issue about how the bar was displaced these were the excuses and response I received from Amazon executives. 1. Executive one said that the coin is small in size so it's is displaced 2. Executive two said that I have received the product that I ordered and it has just moved from its position and that it is alright, I had nothing to worry about.So I asked them to take the product and give me money to place new order. 3. Executive three said she will transfer the call to jewellery department which went on for 2 to 3 days. All that happened was call drops and no call back from supervisors or executives. 4. From the above mentioned atleast two executives insisted that I call MMTC and sort it with them. It was appalling to hear that. For me to speak with MMTC why on earth should I buy from Amazon. 5. All the executives made it look like I was getting worked up for no reason. Amazon send all the gold products especially MMTC product in a carton, inside carton the aluminium box is sealed in a bubble wrap, inside the alumium tin which is locked on both sides is the mmtc box packed comprising of the certificate and gold bar inside a laminate. The peacock bar didn't come in this fashion. The tin was packed in an ordinary Amazon plastic bag. The executives said not to worry again. 5.Everytime the executives pointed out the certificate part but conveniently dodged the actual issue - the displacement of the bar itself. I told them all that I should be receiving a bar that doesn't look like it has been tampered with. I even showed them picture of the tola that was delivered in a proper fashion as per standards and I was refused help again. The last executive kept repeating himself as though he owned Amazon. He was not assertive but unruly and to get rid of my concern asked me to send a mail assuring assistance. I will be sending the mail anytime now. I have bought gold multiple times from Amazon and I am a prime customer and despite mistake on their end I am paying the price.
