Received this product. But its locked and there is no key or user manual. How to open it first time. I think there is something inside , may be key, batteries and user manual but what's the use if I can not open it. Will chnage the rating once I receive information on how to move forward. Nov 16 - Got a replacement. Process was seamless. However, the safe did not open even with the key as the door was misaligned. (Pictures attached) Have no choice but to return again. Quality issues with a product like a safe gives no comfort

Thicker sheet metal that Yale similar model. Should be able to keep your valuables safe if you also bolt it to the wall or floor. A night burglar, domestic help etc., will not be able to open it or carry it away. Quite heavy too.
