The tub is really nice and works great so far. It is a Chinese product but I tightened down all of their connections before install, which I would highly recommend as a couple were slightly loose. Also note, the massage/bubble bath(?) function does not actually do anything. Seller said it is included on the digital control for future improvements. But it has jets, lights, and heats as I wanted so we’re happy with it. Also, I received this tub quickly and unboxed it to find there was a small crack in the upper outside trim, which happened either during its build or transport. I reached out to the seller and did not want to bother with returning it over a small crack you could barely see, and the seller quickly made it right and sent me some crack patch compound.

There are no Installation Instructions Manuel or Technical Support that come with the Pkg, this is the worst part. Unit does like very modern and appealing, but unable to get it to work because it does not have Installation Manuel that comes along with it. and Tech Support isn't readily available.

Heats very well. All in one product. Easy to wire up. Comes with drain line and water hoses. Seats two fit adults very well. Even has a bench for a break or other... electronic control works well. Jet protection is on and will not start unless it has enough water in it. We have used this every night since we installed it.

Spectacular Spa! Absolutely the best deal ever! Delivered on time; installation was a breeze. Love it!

I really like this tub. I feel like it saves a lot of water compared to my old built-in old tub. It came in a giant crate, which made me think I was receiving goods from some amazing archaeological. Dig, contractors also said it was exceptionally easy to install. I love the fact that it has an additional spray hand to help with hair, and I like that the drain is in the center on the bottom. The jets are great and it’s exceptionally comfortable to lay it. The only reason that I am not giving it a five star review, is that it cools down pretty quickly and I do I have to add hot water if I want my battery last longer.

UPDATE: Although there is no phone support, Customer service worked with me via email. I do think the entire process could have been resolved quicker with a conversation vs emailing back and forth as much gets lost in translation. At any rate, in the end they paid for a service person to come a look at the installation and the plumber was able to resolve by adjusting hose connection to drain. It is a beautiful tub and drains properly now. ************************************************************* Tub is leaking due to a bad hose. I used it once and the water leaked all over my new tile. No one ever answers the support line. When I finally got someone to assist via email, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops. They finally sent a part for repair. However, it’s the wrong part. So, here I sit with an expensive, unusable, tub and Support not answering.

I bought this tub nearly a year ago when we redid our bathroom and it has never drained properly. It drained so slowly that it leaves soap scum behind and even cleaning it is a pain because the cleaning solution won’t drain quickly enough from the tub. Also, the control panel is a huge pain in the butt to figure out and get to work, and the water level has to be about 2/3 of the way full, well above the Jets, before the jets will engage
