Received quickly and as represented. Nice upgrade for my original Jeep battery.

Lasted Only 6 Months, Onlie Warrenty Request is Impossible and No Number to Call I saw the low ratings but my nephew has given them rave reviews so I gave them a try. Sounded like it was starting hard but I thought it was due to the cold. Needed some lumber so drove to local supplier. Spend 15 minute picking up items, came out and truck just moaned. Check out graph this came from a battery monitor I got off Amazon So glad I had this as it answered all their questions.. Flat line is battery in driveway on battery tender. 1st upward spike is vehicle running to store, Drop is battery loosing charge 15 min while in store. Next spike is vehicle running again after a jump and final drop is key off after arriving home. Went right out Odyssey website to see about warranty. Trying to fill out form was a nightmare and the “I’m Not a Robot” photos never came up after filling all the info in twice. I did, however, receive an email from customer service approx 6 hours later asking for specific info about the battery. Fortunately, I purchased a battery monitor from Amazon, which created the graph. A) flat line is in driveway on battery tender. B) 1st spike is truck running of way to store. C) 1st drop is battery losing voltage after 15 min in store. D) 2nd spike is vehicle running on way home after being jumped. E) final drop, losing voltage after turning key off. The next day, 2/28 3:0 pm, I received an email saying they would ship me out a replacement battery, which I’m grateful for, however, my vehicle has now been sitting in the driveway for 2-1/2 days. If you are seriously considering this battery I have two suggestions. 1st: go to the Odessey website and see what you will need to fill in the warranty claim should you need to, 2nd: consider purchasing a battery local so you can get a replacement quickly should you need it. Item is good. Fitment is INACCURATE. This battery doesn't fit the battery box that is in my truck!!! I had to cut a piece of the battery box out Due to the additional length of the battery the retaining tab at the back of the battery box floor had to be removed.

Battery is built well, handle comes in very handy because it’s very heavy, i’ve had very good luck with these batteries

Crappy Batteries! And even worse costumer service. I could have spent half the money and got batteries that would have lasted 6+ years. Instead I bought two of what I thought were good AGM Odyssey batteries. They both went bad in under two years. Odyssey says there is a full 4 year warranty but i couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The phone number on the battery is invalid the stupid on line warranty claim form will not send unless all the technical questions are filled out exactly how odyssey want to see it. I’m not a mind reader! I put all correct info but it doesn’t like what I’m trying to fill in. 😡 so I tried to guess and lie and change it but still will not send! I’ve emailed odyssey numerous times but I only got one response. That was an email to fill out the warranty claim form. 😡 I’ve tried to email odyssey again stating that it isn’t working and asking nicely for a phone number for anyone who can help but they never responded back! Ever! Since this happened I found out I know three other people that had there Odyssey batteries fail with in less than a year. A year! Especially do not buy any batteries on Amazon if you think you may need to some day use the warranty because Amazon does not help with that at all. If you buy you batteries at an actual store were you can physically return them. The sellers will just replace them if still under warranty but not Amazon. Two thumbs down and a big waste of time and money!
