how often do you change the water?

You don’t, you just top it up with bottled water when needed.

Can i add these in with a goldfish? will they fight the goldfish? will they worship their golden master? thoughts?

No, they cannot. Goldfish are not saltwater fish, and sea monkeys are just a genetically modified larger version of brine shrimp (which are generally used as fish food). It's best to keep them in the tank they come with and not tamper with them. If you put them in a tank they won't survive in freshwater and will likely be sucked up by a tank filter (which goldfish require due to the ammonia buildup they produce).
