A Must-Have for Coffee Lovers
Going to share my thoughts on the Airscape canister specifically for storing those precious coffee beans. This canister is an absolute game-changer for keeping your coffee fresh and full of flavor.First off, the design of the Airscape canister is not only sleek and stylish, but it's also practical for coffee enthusiasts like us. The airtight lid creates a vacuum seal that locks out oxygen and moisture, which can cause stale and flavorless coffee. What I love most about this canister is its ability to preserve the freshness of coffee beans. When you push down the lid, it forces the air out, ensuring that your coffee beans stay as fresh as possible. The airtight seal keeps the flavors and aromas locked in, so every time you brew a cup, it's like a little slice of coffee heaven.I’d recommend this size and not the bigger one because the bigger one doesn’t work as well.Cleaning is easy too! The canister is made of high-quality materials that are easy to wipe clean, and the lid is removable for thorough cleaning when needed. It's all about keeping your coffee storage routine simple and hassle-free. I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher though. If you're serious about your coffee and want to experience the true freshness and flavor of your beans, I highly recommend the Airscape canister.

Great Container to Store Coffee Beans
This is a great coffee container that ensures the freshness of your coffee beans by removing air from the container. The containers are a nice size, attractive, and solidly built. Highly recommended.

No more tossing the last beans to get to a fresh bag!
I use 2lbs a month of pricey whole bean Kenya coffee (delivered in 2 bags from Peets) and used to keep the beans in a French gasket sealed glass storage jar after opening a bag. Near the end of two weeks the last beans from the bag would taste staler and the pourover CO2 bloom would be noticeably diminished. Often I would toss an ounce plus of beans just to get to the fresh bag. I don't waste money like that any more because this canister really does noticeably keep your beans from going stale. The last beans are still good now and you can confirm it visually from the vigorous pourover bloom. A brilliant and practical product. Also, the satisfying sounds of the puck plunger are a great addition to the morning coffeemaking ritual ;)

I like not having extra air.
I have, I think, 5 airscape containers. I keep coffee and tea in them. I have short ones I keep tea in. I have tall ones, like this, that I keep coffee in on my counter. I have a big one I keep coffee in the freezer in. I love that these seal airtight. I have other stuff that doesn't seal as well as the top for these do. The inside part pushes down to the top of the stuff inside easily, with the handle open the air comes out easily. Push the handle down and the stuff is sealed in with no large space of air above. Lift the handle and it's easy to grab and pull out. The only possible drawback I have is that sometimes, if I do not pay attention and really screw things up, you can get the inner lid in on a angle. If you do this it does not go down smoothly and it is immediately apparent you screwed up and it is simple to fix. Again, yes you can screw it up, but it doesn't happen often and it is easy to fix.
