Got this for my husband as a Christmas gift and was not disappointed. This thing is SO sharp. We live in the woods and he enjoys being manly and chopping stuff so this was just a fun addition to our hikes. The value was great the knife was so much better than expected and looks great. The build is quality and the grip is comfortable. The sheath is a bonus!!

Very very nice blade. Sharp as one could want. I really favor this sword. Well made. I have not attempted to use it for much. I take care of my things like this. But after a little while, it is not pitted or anything. Still nice and sharp.

I am very happy with the gladiator sword. I would given it 5 stars all day but the handle is nothing to brag about. I actually wasn't going to get it because it's handle is a: rubber b: not the right shape or weight to wield it according but after seeing other reviews I decided I was going to get the blade and reconstruction the handle. I have as of yet not managed to take it apart... I don't know if there's lock-tight in the corby bolts or what but damn... it's really together. Someone on here posted pics of theirs after just going over the rubber it looked pretty. Kudos to that guy. I'm probably going to turn something out on a lathe wrap it in leather. But the blade itself is worth the money. I hacked some green branches and it is definitely quite tough. Sharp right out of the box. Everything can be sharper but this didn't NEED to be sharpened.Very happy with the Honshu gladiator sword also bought Honshu the quillon dagger and broadsword. That's how happy I was with Honshu. I forsee a grand collection of these finely crafted blades in my future.

Well made, sheath is a little flimisy, but the sword is really great. Holes make it not that historical, but I still like it a lot. thanks

Looks even better in person. I'm pleased with this, though I cannot say whether or not what sort of functionality to expect. I'd buy this again. Seller shipped quickly.

I got this for my birthday and was very excited!!!! But some shotty work was put into the pomel and guard. It looks like they hit it with a belt sander and didn't glue it correctly.
