I love cashmere sweaters, but they are a delicate wool. While dry cleaning is recommended, it is expensive, and dry cleaning leaves a chemical smell. This product cleans well, and leaves the cashmere in great shape. I noticed how much better it is on the wool over regular laundry detergent. I like that after cleaning my sweaters smell clean, but not scented. I also like how concentrated it is. The small bottle does as many loads as the huge container of standard liquid laundry detergent. That makes so much more sense for the environment. It is so much more efficient to have a smaller bottle of concentrated detergent over a giant bottle that does the same number of loads. I am further impressed that I can buy a refill for the bottle instead of tossing more plastic waste in the landfill. An added bonus is that it is an American product. Highest praise!

Works well on delicate cashmere clothing. No strong odor, just a mild clean smell. Would recommend!

Great for my delicate fabrics -- and my delicate skin. Use it in the washer on a Delicate Cycle. It'll get those delicates clean without a fuss, and without the enzymes harmful to delicate fabrics. No scent! Just what I was looking for. I don't even care about price, as it's a good product. Ordered this 4 times and all arrived without leakage and perfectly intact (bonus). I'd recommend

It worked really well on my cashmere sweaters and woven silk blouses, less well on the knitted silk noil sweaters and silk jersey tops, which still dried kind of stiff and not as soft as I would have liked. But they're clean, and the fibers don't appear to have been damaged, it just doesn't give the finish I would get from having them dry cleaned. I was nervous that the scent would be too powerful but it's nice and subtle. There larger bottles are definitely better value than the small one, but I wanted to try it out before I invested in a big one.

Not sure how to assess this. I used it for a gentle cycle of two cashmere sweaters and one merino/cotton blend. All sweaters were protected by sweater bags; I set the machine to "Gentle" and cold water. The cashmere sweaters didn't look bad, but the other one really was a disappointment -- wrinkled and without any shape. No shrinking with any, just not great shape retention. I've laundered cashmere this way before, with a less expensive soap product, and the results weren't that much different. So to my original statement: I'm not sure how to assess this product. But I'll say this: It is expensive; one half bottle for the laundry load.

I used this on a water stain on a silk/wool blend pain in the neck beautiful sofa.. thank goodness, it did the job beautifully!! Highly recommend!!

Opened the cap and there was no inner seal. Not sure if it was a return but all the liquid was there right to the top. It makes me wonder if it's actually the correct product though as it's the first time I bought it. I used it on some silk pillowcases I have and it seemed to be ok. Not sure if there usually is a seal or if I had a unique situation. Good size though and stores easily.

Used for silk and other hand washables. Mild on hands, after about six washings clothes appear undamaged.

I needed it to assist in mould remediation. Very happy with your product!

We only use it for our SILK BED SHEETS. It does a good cleaning job WITHOUT damage. Just too expensive to clean your clothes.

I was somewhat disappointed with the size, compared to the price!!!!!
