Is the logo on both front and back? in other words, can i position the zazen without seeing the words zazen?

I had a Auralex Acoustics foam pad on it, but I pulled it out and put the zaZen (25lb max) isolation pad in, it helped. What is the width underneath from one isolation puck to another. I want to place it on a surface that is 15 inch wide and wanted to see if that works?

I just measured mine. It is slightly less than 15 inches from the outside of one of the pucks to the outside of the other one. You should be fine.
