Remote was missing in the packing, Didnt feel to ask for replacement,the led strip werent sticking so i had to get the double sided tape to stick them

One star for seller
A faulty product was sent. The lighter was not matching with the pics here. Even it burned the 12V socket fuse. The other users who uploaded pics had got different lighter (as per pics shown by seller) and that may be good one.
