I'm sure the first question on most people's mind is "why would I need a gallon of soy sauce?" Well considering it's the prime ingredient in nearly every major jerky marinade recipe, if you're into making your own jerky, that's the answer right there. This stuff has a great flavor, has predictable levels of salt, and you'll have so much to spare you really don't have to hold back. Dump a few glugs into your bowl, whisk in some honey, spices, whatever else you got, and then add your meat. 12 hours later it's ready to dry. Boom. And I suppose you can put it on Chinese food too, but you don't need a whole gallon to season your take-out. I use it for jerky.
