This cream seems to really help with bruises. I bruise easily and this works well with the inflammation and the discoloring of the bruises and it works quickly! It is not sticky, there's no smell, and it's not thick. I really like it!

I don't know how this stuff works but I'm a believer. I have several large bruises on my arms. Two have been there about a week, one bruise I acquired the day I received the cream.All of them are fading. The oldest bruise is almost gone. Seems to help with small bruises - not as effective on larger (2 or more inches). Does seem to accelerate the healing process - not much for pain relief.
