My nephew loves this book
My teenage nephew is trying to "bulk up" and has been making a lot of just scrambled eggs and cooked ground beef (he thought his friend was brilliant when he suggested putting taco seasoning in it) and plain chicken breast. This book has recommendations on recipes for bulking up and I don't know what else. He really liked it and is looking forward to having more interesting meals.

Great book, wish they included photos
The recipes are great and the emphasis upon protein is perfect for my needs. I wish they put in photos. Its kind of weird to have a recipe book with no food photos

So far I like the cookbook.

Good cookbook
My 16 year old weight lifting son wanted this cookbook. He cooks meals from it and likes it so much he gave it as Christmas gifts to his like minded friends. They share recipes. Recently I got him three more similar books. It’s good to see kids into this and cooking from a paper recipe book.

Lots of errors in the book
The recipes are okay. I’ve picked out maybe 5 that I want to try. However, they are clearly not created by professional chefs. They call for extra virgin olive oil in high heat settings, which it shouldn’t be used in. Regular olive oil has a higher temp. Also, several recipes miss steps. For example a recipe that calls for roasted potatoes indicates that the broiler needs to be warmed up, but never that the potato’s should be broiled.

More details than the last book I bought.
Has more details than the last book I bought. Not only does this book shows me the macros and calories for each recipe. But it would show up top whether the recipe is for cutting, Bulking or maintaining.

My grandson loves it
Bought this for my grandson, so he would start eating the right foods. It tells him everything to look out for to get stronger. He even started to cook!

Great Buy!!
I’ve been dabbling in fitness here and there, but my crutch has always been my diet. This cookbook has been life changing in helping me create healthy but also satisfying and hunger ending meals!
