Nicely elevates the bodies ability to burn.
I really like the flavor because it is not too tart or sweet. It is a great way to start getting the fluids started for the day too. It seems to boost some energy and fat burn after a workout.

this stuff is amazing been using it once a day on and off for the last 3 years. Have tried different flavors i have not found one i don't like. With this combined with working out i have lost over 80lbs. Give a great energy boost.

Not worth the money
So what can I say for this product. If you looking at this review DON'T BUY THIS. You will honest be better off buying one of the other brands. When I received the product there was literally half a container so it wasn't much to start. And the product honestly doesn't do the job it says. Thermogenic not at all. Energy...nope I get more energy from a can of diet coke. It's just not worth it. Only positive is the flavor lol.

The one tub I previously ordered tasted great this tub a recently ordered tastes really bitter. Wish I could return it but cant due to "Amazon policies"
