It says easy to swallow yet these always get stuck and I end up gagging! I have multivitamins and cod liver oil tablets 3x the size of these and I have zero trouble with them, These have a horrible taste as well especially when they get stuck 🤢, I cant say if they are helping with my adhd as only stated about a week ago but I'll update if I do notcie an improvement.

I use these as part of my daily supplement stack. A good product at a good price.
