Welcome break on my keto diet
So far like them . Not much taste but great keto friendly additions. Add soya or fish sauce for taste.

My go-to noodle
Like any ‘alternative’, we can’t expect it to perfectly mimic the standard food. So I didn’t expect these to taste or feel like pasta. What I wanted was a noodle that works in noodle dishes- from Thai to Italian. And these do the job. I’ve tested the spaghetti, fettuccine and the thin noodles. My favourite is the thin because the rubberiness is less noticeable. They cook up very fast and feel better when not overdone. Think of them as precooked. The initial smell is odd, I hold my breath and quickly get them under a tap for a rinse. The fact that they can hold my sauces, have no carbs or calories but add bulk to a meal and help fill me up is amazing. Worth a try for anyone on a diet or low carb lifestyle.

Great for cutting calories
Great when you’re trying to cut the calories. Doesn’t have much taste, so make something tasty to serve it with and you’ve got a great meal with less carbs/calories. Helps to fill you up. Love this and the pasta & noodle versions too.

Decent but wash it well!!
So this stuff is a bit weird. You have to rinse it like mad to stop it tasty fishy. But if you do the texture is actually quite nice. I liked it. It’s a great rice pasta replacement and fab for keto.

Nothing even close to Rice
I am doing a keto diet so trying lots of different things to keep my diet low carb, I saw these and thought why not give them a go would be nice to have some rice alongside a few of my dishes, knowing a lot of keto products are never quite the same was not expecting an exact replacement by any means just something similar in texture but was definitely expecting better than what turned up. I'm not sure who thought they would make a good rice alternative but whoever it was has obviously never eaten rice before, they feel almost like slime to the touch and the texture in the mouth is horrible, they have a strange odour and the taste wasn't good either. I will never buy these again

Good keto alternative
Pretty good option if you’re on keto. The noodles don’t have much taste on their own, but they work well with sauces or stir-fries. Texture is decent once rinsed and cooked properly. Low carbs, easy to prepare, and handy to have in the cupboard. Happy with them.

It's not pasta but...
If you buy this expecting the texture and taste to be like rice / noodles / pasta, you will be very disappointed, however it does the job. When you first open the packet it absolutely stinks, so the rinsing is definitely not optional. The smell vanishes after rinsing for a few minutes under the cold tap. The texture is quite gelatinous and so I can understand why some people think its unpleasant, but mixed with other food it is fine. I'm vegan on a high protein and low carb diet (and any vegan will know how hard it is to cut the carbs). I made a sauce from tofu, garlic, nooch and gochujang blitzed in the blender and mixed the noodles with this and some boiled kale. I had a massive dollop of kimchi on the side. While I was eating the noodles along with the kale and kimchi, the texture was fine, however when I got to the remaining noodles I couldn't face them on their own, the texture was just too awful. Giving a 4 out of 5 as we need to be realistic - I'm feeling full without the carbs, but it's not a miracle answer to cutting calories.
