I don't write many reviews unless it's something I want others to know (in a positive light, of course). I own a Lenovo Flex 6 laptop, and have had it for nearly 8-9 years. The battery finally gave out. Found this on Amazon, and about 4 days later, this battery WORKS, and was about 68% charged already. It was as if my computer just sprung back to life like no time had passed. Easy to install, no faulty battery, and I can confidently say, it was well worth the money. Thank you again!

I have been trying to find a replacement battery for my older computer and until it was suggested to me by Best Buy to get the battery from Amazon, I had no luck. I had purchased battery replacements from Amazon previously and did not have much luck, but the Best Buy service person gave me a particular number and he was spot on for the replacement. I plugged the battery into the computer and it worked the first time I turned it on. Granted, it needed to build a charge, but I have been having good success with it, so I can download the information to a hard drive and get the information that I need. Then I can pass the computer on, so someone else can use it. I have two other computers to use. Thank you, Amazon, for carrying a good replacement for my computer.

The battery fit perfectly. It came with a 60% charge. So far it has been hold its charge fairly well.

This battery worked well as a replacement for my original battery in my HP Spectre X360 13-ae014dx, including calibration of the battery level. But, my computer stopped charging it once every week or two. To fix this, I deleted the driver for the battery and charger, which allowed it to charge again, until another week or two when it would fail to charge again. This went on for 5 months. Now, my computer will no longer power on when the battery is connected to it. I tried performing a hard reset and removing the battery and reinstalling it, but the charge light flashes orange and laptop will not power on, plugged into charger or not. Only works when battery is unplugged, so charger must always be plugged into laptop now. Update: I guess it is working now. I had to unplug battery, then plug in computer and turn it on and then while the computer was running I had to plug the battery back in. It then began charging the battery like normal again. The voltage of each cell had reached 10 V so perhaps the computer would no longer charge it for safety reasons, but plugging it in while running allowed it to bypass the BIOS checks until it was above the low voltage threshold.

I installed the NP03XL on 9 August 2025 and by 10 December it will not charge anymore. It only lasted 4 months to the day. My HP Envy 360 has to be disassembled to replace the battery; its not a model that I can just swap a pluggable battery in and out of. Having to do a teardown for the same thing in just 4 months is infuriating. NTW, I never found a way to contact the vendor to make use of the 2-year warranty so Amazon says they will issue a refund for the original cost after I buy a new one from them.

Never knew a laptop battery needed to be replaced until one day my computer stopped taking a charge. Thought I needed to buy a new laptop or spend lots of money at a repair shop. After troubleshooting I found I needed a new battery. After finding it on Amazon for less than other websites I decided to give a try and fix it myself. Viola, easy as 1-2-3. Cool thing is this particular battery came with the torque and mini cross tip drivers. Literally took five minutes to replace. Been about two weeks now and the machine runs like it did when I bought it six years ago.

So far so good, last battery I bought from another company had a terrible battery life and durability to it, it started swelling within a month of having it... It fits perfectly in the replacement spot, the plugin for the battery to the motherboard is kind of tricky but I found a nice angle and got it perfectly in and secure as all heck haha. Thank goodness I can finally use my laptop again... Now I just need a touchscreen replacement and it would be like brand new haha, but cant afford that yet.
