It's a replacement for battery,warranty never answered so I had to buy new on my own, bad business
Cheaper me they don't answer warranty so I had to buy it out my pocket

Battery lasted 3 months and I cannot figure out how to contact support for replacement as it says it has a 6 mo warranty

It lasted for 10 months of very limited use.I've used the scooter for less than 400 miles (around 25 round trips not using the full battery every time) and now it doesn't work. The scooter turns off after riding it for 15 mins (with a full charge). The battery goes from 70% to 0% all of a sudden and support just told me I needed to buy another battery.....
