Absolute game changer.
An ABSOLUTE MUST for anyone who is affected by and lacks confidence due to protruding ears. I am now able to tie my hair back, try out many styles and feel the confidence that I had definitely lacked before hand to do any of these things. These earpads are an absolute game changer. The product sticks well and lasts at least 3 days. I have not tried washing my hair or swimming yet so I cannot comment on there effectiveness in water but I am super happy with the product so far. I just wish I'd have come across them earlier. Definitely worth every penny of the money I paid for them.

Tricky to install, but worth it.
Well packaged, arrived on time, and quite effective to use. This is not the first time I use such a product as I used several ones before. Earlap MAXHOLD is basically a very slim and strong double-sided tape that is safe to use on the human skin. The hardest and least intuitive part is how to take the sticker off as it's got two sides to pee; off. One side is very easy to peal off as it's shown when you hold the sticker, but the other side is very, very hard to peel off, especially if you do it on your own. But as someone who used to use double-sided tapes to secure his ears backwards, all you have to do (if you are installing it on your own) is to peel both sides, hold the sticker lightly with the tip of your finger and put it behind your ear in a place which will make it look naturally backwards. The glue on the sticker is very, very powerful and it lasts for several days if installed correctly, and on a clean and dry skin; best after shower after fully drying. The stickers last for long. Mine are still intact and holding back my ears 3 days after installation while showering (and washing my head) everyday, so I do trust the quality of this product and definitely recommend it if you do not wish to have an otoplasty done. One last trick to extend the use of this product, and to save money, as it can get quite pricey, especially if you use too many, is to cut the whole sticker in half or even quarters. A half, or even quarter, sticker can hold one ear quite well for several days. That way I guess I can keep using one box for over a month.

Pleasantly surprised
Better than I thought they'd be. Trough trial and error I found what worked for me; trimming them into thinner strips then cutting them in half was enough to get me the desired effect without being too noticeable at the back. If you use too short a strip then you can clearly see the skin being tugged from your head, but use a longer, thinner strip and it's not noticeable at all.It can be tricky to peel them off the paper to stick on but just takes practice. You get a lot of strips and they're not super expensive so you can afford to try different things. I tried these and Otostick and found these less noticeable from behind. Otostick catches the light and stands out more easily if there's no hair to cover them. Also they do feel a bit weird and you feel very aware of them to start, but after a few hours (or a couple days at best) you don't feel it anymore. I sometimes worried they'd become unstuck but each time I checked they were fine. Worth a try.Only issue I had is if I fit them too high I accidentally glue my glasses to my head. Just takes practice to get it right.

When affixed works well!
Took a few goes to affix the strip to the ear and follow instructions. Would be easier with someone else to help, but once you devise a way of getting it onto the ear, stick to it best you can. Once on it really does keep the ear pinned back for as long as you like. I recently had a lump removed from behind my left ear but due to the NHS waiting list and covid lockdowns, my ear was pushed forward somewhat. The op went well and ear has recovered some of it's position. These strips are in preference to further surgery. I'll use them and see if they can do the trick of pinning that little bit further over time.

its works but its so hard to put on
honestly this was the best ear corrector when it comes to reducing protruding ears (gives the best effect) but its absolutely terrible to apply. you have to use at least 2-3 of the tapes to get both sides right.
