Campbell’s Chunky Soup, Steak With Hearty Vegetables Soup, 18.8 Oz Can

Quality soup at a great price

I picked up Campbell’s Chunky Sirloin Burger Soup looking for a quick, filling meal, and it mostly hit the mark. The soup is packed with tender, seasoned sirloin burger pieces that actually taste like real beef—not that chewy mystery meat you sometimes get in canned soups. The mix of potatoes, carrots, green beans, and peas adds a nice variety, with the potatoes giving it that extra hearty feel. The broth is rich and savory, with a subtle grilled flavor that I enjoyed. My only gripe is the sodium—man, it’s high! One can has a ton of your daily salt intake, so it left me feeling a bit bloated. Also, while my can tasted great, I’ve read some reviews mentioning a weird metallic aftertaste, so I’m hoping that was just a bad batch for them. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a quick lunch or dinner when you’re craving something meaty and warm. Just maybe don’t eat it every day unless you’re cool with the salt overload. Would buy again for those chilly days!

Tastes great and very filling great size

Good canned foods to store in the cabinets...

This soup is extremely filling it cost almost $4 a can at the supermarket . For a full case was $30 which was cheaper than the per can . I put it in my food storage because there will be times when a nice thick soup will be extremely tasty on a cold night . It's got nice chunks of steak mushrooms and potatoes . I add green beans just to give it a few more vegetables and sometimes carrots . This is one soup that I do plan on keeping in my food storage .

It's too much potato, not enough steak. Tastes decent. I would rather have some veg in my soup so will choose other flavors in future.
