Chain Mail Tunic and Hood Costume - Standard - Chest Size 42

The cowl and tunic are separate. The tunic fits well, a little long (and that's a good thing for it's look) on an XL sized male, which I think might be it's upper size limit. It may fit 2XL but with tightness. It's all fabric, very light. The pattern looks great from a distance, because the metallic effect comes from a separate mess, like fishnet hovering over the black fabric and only attached at the seems. It's fairly durable for it's design, well made, and looked great for my use as an undershirt 'chainmail' with a knight outfit. It's a very light material overall, which helped as I took it to a comic-con in a mid-atlantic city during the summer, worn under foam armor. It breathes about as well as can be expected. I highly recommend it for budget minded cosplay, halloween or stage use.

Delivery was fast. Item (fake mail) looks real. A good item Could have been larger

The product was purchased with the intention of taking part in occasional cosplay events. Since the real chainmail armours can be quite pricey and delivery process can be lengthy, I decided to give this imitation chainmail tunic with coif (hood) a try. I was not disappointed - the delivery time was good, as expected. It took about a week or so to receive the item. Product was neatly packaged in a plastic bag/holder with a brief description and handling instructions in different languages. The item is fully sythetic and it's made from polyester (100%). The texture does resemble a genuine chainmail and the fabric is fashioned in a manner resembling a mesh. It feels smooth and silky on the inside and looks like a dark chainmail from the outside. Both the tunic and the hood look the part and seem more realistic from a distance of a few feet. If you look closer, the tunic appears to be what it actually is - an imitation. Overall, I am very pleased with the product. It's really good for the price and is an excellent item for cosplay if you don't have a fortune to spend on the real chainmail armour. Lo compré para ponerlo debajo de un sobreveste de caballero templario: el efecto es espectacular 👌 Viene completamente forrado y es muy agradable de llevar y sin embargo da el pego totalmente para un disfraz de caballero medieval. La calidad del corte y del material es muy buena, de hecho, como lo quería para un niño y le quedaba muy grande, le cosí las mangas pero sin cortarlas, porque sé que dentro de unos años, cuando le vaya bien de talla, va a seguir igual. Creo que la compra fue un verdadero acierto.
