Im your average middle aged bloke and I've been taking these for a month now. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. The effects are subtle, almost unnoticeable at first. I didn't think they were doing anything.. but then I started to realise that I'm a lot less fatigued than normal, I feel more motivated and even happier about life in general! It's weird, I really didn't know what to expect when I started taking these.. but now, I wish I'd started earlier!! Then there's the 'other' benefit, which my wife appreciates!.. its certainly put lead back in the pencil and boosted my libido!! 😏 Summary: If you're knackered all the time, with no energy and can't be bothered to do anything. Ok tablets are rather big
