KAO Liese Soft Bubble Hair Color (Milk Tea Brown)

This product has a very strong smell as you would expect. So if you're sensitive, don't get it. It colors quite well for black hair but you need to put a generous amount. For thick, long hair like mine, needs two to three bottles. It did not foam as much but like I said, you need to apply the right amount. My mistake was I only bought one as I was thinking it's enough for my roots. One more thing I like about is that it didn't leave my hair dry and tangled when rinsing. My hair was still smooth! Seller is nice and very responsive. Thoughtful with the little gifts as well. Will buy again for sure.

I've been using this brand for over a year and I love how it makes my hair such a pretty shade of brown. I was surprised to have gotten a few compliments from stylists at different hair salons as well (though I hope they weren't just being nice! lol) Pros: - It comes out foamy and bubbly which makes it easy and pretty fun to apply as it only takes about 10-15 application time. Although the instructions say you can apply it directly to hair without sectioning, the first time I did this my hair actually looked a bit uneven. I do suggest sectioning whether you have thick hair or not, and start from the ends as the parts closer to your roots will color much faster. - Also works on virgin hair. I have naturally dark brown hair (close to black) and the foam tinted my hair pretty nicely. I suggest leaving it on for max. 30-40 mins if you have virgin dark hair and/or thick hair. - Easy to use for touch-ups and even on already-dyed hair. The result will be a slightly lighter brown if you apply new color on top of hair that's already tinted with this foam dye (I can't speak for whether this will also turn out nicely on salon-dyed hair) Cons: - As all other hair dyes do, it'll dry your hair out. If you have a very dry hair type like mine, it'll look pretty fried the first time you use it but that can be easily taken care of by using hair masks, leave-in conditioners, and hair oils. After dyeing it about 4 times now and taking good care of it, my hair actually improved in appearance and texture compared to the first time I dyed it. - It can look a bit uneven/patchy if you don't section out your hair
