Attractive to leave out
This has been working great limiting the smell of what we cook for dinner. We have a small house and like to cook. Every morning we came downstairs to the odors of what we had cooked the night before. This has stopped this problem. It also cuts down on the dust. Previously I put charcoal packets up in our Attic because I hated the smell. Fast forward 2 years and I also noticed there was no dust up there. I went on the hunt how to put it around my house and not have the ugly grey packets visible but able to do their job. That’s how I ended up purchasing this setup. It’s doing its job well.

Tiny but great
This is so tiny. Cute, I love the look. I love the design of it. I'd buy more if they were cheaper. Most people don't know that you gotta have air flow for activated charcoal to work. Most of the bags you get from other companies are not breathable enough to work. I put CHUNKS of activated charcoal in a better mesh bag and put in this, it works nicely. This design is very good, I wish the lid had threads so it would stay on tho. I still recommend this and hope the company takes my suggestions, I'd buy more.

These things are straight up witchcraft and my menopause super-nose is so thankful
I live in a basement where the door is right off the kitchen upstairs. Cooking smells invading my space are the bane of my existence. I have tried everything I can think of: running multiple air purifiers, installing weatherstripping on the door, hanging blackout curtains to create an "airlock" in the stairwell to help sequester the smells, stuffing things under the door to fill gaps, even taping the whole thing shut with painters tape (which does help, but then I can't use the door). Smells are still such an issue that I routinely get sick from other people cooking, because menopause super-nose is awesome like that. But these things? ABSOLUTELY MAGIC. I needed something decorative that is also big enough I'm not going to accidentally not see it on the stairs and trip. This is the only one I could find to fit those criteria. Just one of them in the stairwell took care of lingering pork smells within an hour. I ordered two more straight away. This is by far the most effective thing I've found to manage unwanted smells and unless I accidentally kick one of them down the stairs they seem durable. I really like that the charcoal bags are reusable (just pop them out in the sun for a bit every month or two). And if for some reason they stop being reusable, well, I can just put new charcoal bags in the wood containers. My only issue is how expensive they are for what you receive, especially when you open the package to see how small they are. The price seems a bit high for the size, but again, there aren't many options on amazon for decorative odor absorbers like this and the quality seems good. Hoping this is a one time purchase or I'd have trouble justifying $30+ per container times how ever many I end up needing to control unwanted food smells.

It works
These Bamboo Charcoal bags really work. The bamboo container blends well with any decor. It silently works to eliminate odors and clean the air. Since I started using these Bamboo Charcoal bags my allergies have improved drastically.

Pretty but doesn't work well
It looks lovely but I honestly don't feel it's refreshing the air... I open windows daily and it's in my Dad's bedroom... he's got allergies so a diffuser isn't an option... I keep moving it about the room every few days to find sweet spot hard to tell if it's doing anything because it's unscented. I put air purifier in his room and it says 88%, but after 30 minutes it's up to 99. Don't feel it's worth the price, but it is made very well.

This actually works. Worth the money.
This actually works. I recently moved my cats litterbox (a litter robot) downstairs and I can smell it even tho it self cycles. I am pregnant and can smell everything. I have tried diffusers, air purifier, plug ins, nothing works. I opened this box in the morning and by the end of the day I could not smell the stink. 10/10 recommend. Definitely a little pricy but worth it.

Not sure it works
I don’t think this works :-/ I put this in my small closet but I don’t really notice a difference. Maybe I need more than one? It’s aesthetically pretty though.
