I recently tried Apple Cider Vinegar tablets as a convenient alternative to the liquid form, and here’s my experience: 1. Convenience: Unlike the liquid ACV, which has a very strong sour taste and pungent smell, the tablets are much easier to take. No mess, no measuring—just one or two tablets with water. 2. Taste & Smell: One of the biggest advantages is that you don’t get the harsh taste or after-smell of liquid vinegar. This makes it far more tolerable for daily use.
