One of the previous reviews stated that the box it came in warned about lead.... is that accurate?

I purchased this figure for my children and YES the package says that it contains LEAD. The Consumer Product Safety Commission limited the lead content in paint to 0.009% (9 PPM). However, I have been unable to find any information to verify if this toy is in compliance. I certainly don't allow my children to play with it. I only bring it out during story time.

Is this toy still manufactured containing lead? What is the % it contains?

Unless the toy is made in a foreign country, no American toys have lead. True for over 20 years.

how big is the figure itself?

The one we bought is at our grandson's house and they cannot find it right now. However, we recall it as three inches tall, and Google shows it described as three inches tall.
