Quick fix for my bag
On my last trip, one of the spinner wheels had come off my largest piece of luggage. It was terrible having to drag that bag or try and balance it on the 3 wheels to get it around. Thought I'd try these replacement wheels since the luggage make did not have replacements available. They went on easily, truly, with the provided hex wrench. I have not travelled with them yet but for the ease of replacement I rated them 5 stars. The luggage moves as easily as it did with the original wheel set.

Can replace a broken wheel rather than buying new luggage
The product was as advertised. I like how they provided different wheel sizes, and guided you on how best to measure the current wheel to be replaced on the luggage. I received the new wheels today, and replaced the one broken wheel on our luggage. The only shortcoming was that the washers provided did not fit over the wheel pole provided for the new wheel. I installed the new wheel according to their instructions without the washers without issue. The one broken wheel is now fixed, and I have a backup for the next adventure.By the way, my luggage wheel was damaged by Delta airlines when loading the luggage onto our flight to Europe.

Screws not threaded correctly
I bought two sets of these and none of the 4 screws are threaded correctly. The smaller part only goes about 1/4 way into the larger part. Tried using WD-40 and not a single screw will attach to its mate.The wheels themselves are exactly what I need, but I have no way to attach them to the suitcase.

Perfect fit.
As long as you measure correctly, these will fit the bill. Mine fit perfectly. Kit came with two different length axles, so that was nice.

Worked well for fixing a broken wheel
Pretty easy repair with lots of options for varied suitcase configurations. Might want a dropof locktite on the threads before assembly.
