Hi, there should have been a couple of pieces of sticky circular tabs attached to white paper within the butterfly plkg. Remove the sticky tabs and attach to butterflies, then attach the stems to the sticky tab. You can also cut the stems to size with wire cutters. Hope this helps.

They come with the wire but you have to assemble.
