Remarkably sticky, durable, and effective
My dermatologist recommended these scar strips, and I've now used them for two mole removals on my back. They've significantly helped reduce the appearance of my scars and have completely prevented any keloid. I started using them a few weeks following surgery per derm instructions and have worn them in each instance for a couple months. They adhere well to the skin and I rarely find they fall off on their own, which is great for scars in places hard or impossible to reach and reapply by yourself. I do mostly wear a bandaid over it just so I don't run the risk of losing it when I'm out and about, but 9/10 times, it's still perfectly in place over the scar area when I take the bandage off. I'll even wear these to the gym, in the pool swimming, or under the showerhead, and they hold up remarkably well. I basically set it, forget it, and wear it 24/7. I like that you can cut these to whatever shape and size you need. It happens that my skin is fairly similar to the color of the strips, but often times I can't even tell I'm wearing it when I look. Hoping I *don't* need anymore moles removed, but if I do, I'll be using these again.

Bandages
This is the best bandage, I have ever used. It stays on, doesn't move and you can take it off to shower or wash your face, then put it right back on and that works well for several days. It also helps with lessening. I recommend!

Very pleased with these scar sheets
I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand in February. While I wasn’t concerned about the appearance of my scar (inside of my wrist), my physical therapist (seeing for me knee) voiced her concern over the amount of scar tissue that was developing. This was 5-6 weeks post surgery. She told me that an excess amount of scar tissue buildup at the incision site, could put pressure on my radial nerve, which would negate any benefit I received from the surgery. So in addition to doing scar massage (to keep the scar from adhering to the surrounding tissue), I purchased these scar sheets and began using them. My scar was fairly small so each of the 1.6” x 3” sheets could be cut up into 8 smaller sections that were large enough to cover my scar. I primarily wore the patch at night. I secured it with two pieces of Durapore fabric tape not only to keep it in place also to protect it from gathering lint from my bed sheets. I found that if put a piece of the fabric tape on the back surface of the scar pad and then cut the tape down around the edges of the scar patch, the patch was easier to handle…..less likely to fold in and stick on itself. I still would secure the patch to my wrist with the two strips of tape so it wouldn’t come off while I was asleep. Having the fabric tape backing on the scar pad also made it easier to remove the other strip of tape used to secure it from the back of the pad. I can’t say how long it took for the scar to “disappear” because sometimes I would forget to wear the patch or I might only have it on for a couple of hours that day. The thickness of the scar diminished greatly. The scar was like a hard bump when I began wearing the patches and now the scar tissue is very pliable. If you are careful with the patch, they will last a long time. If the pad does start to lose its stickiness, using medical tape in conjunction with the pad will allow you to get more use out of it. If you wear these patches and you sweat or they get wet (prolonged exposure to water), they will come off. It is important to wash them when they get any kind of fuzz/lint on them. Be sure and use cold water because the silicone becomes more sticky/pliable with heat and you will end up rubbing the silicone off instead of just the debris stuck to the surface. I would also occasionally use regular rubbing alcohol to clean the pads because the oil from your skin will also cause them to not stick as well. This may not be advisable but I don’t feel like it was detrimental or changed the effectiveness of the scar pad. I have used these scar patches for other areas of my body, as well. I am always banging and scraping myself when working in the yard and when you get older (I’m in my 50’s), scars tend to stick around longer than when you are younger. Because I was more concerned about the build up of scar tissue vs. the appearance of the scar, I continued to wear the patches after the surface scar was gone. Scar tissue will continue to develop for up to a year after trauma, so I am still using the patches a couple of days a week on my left hand. I just had carpal surgery on my right hand 3 weeks ago. As soon as my incision was completely healed….15 days post surgery….I started wearing a scar patch. Since I started wearing the patch much earlier on this wrist, I expect faster/better results.

Don’t stretch tightly across scar
Pics are of scar with sheet on, today, and right before first application(they can be applied once the incision is closed and there is no scabbing.) about 4 weeks of use. I wish I had taken regular progress pictures to show how well these work! The scar always looks purple right after removal, but that fades quickly. I have been using these scar sheets for about 4 weeks now following a total knee replacement. I had my other knee done several years ago and have a large, wide scar and was looking for something to help prevent that from happening with this one. After researching vitamin E oils and creams and discovering that there really isn’t any scientific proof that vitamin E does more than moisturize the area, I found information about silicone scar sheets. I am very impressed! At 3 weeks post-op I began using the scar sheets. Within two weeks, the incision was less raised and not showing signs of dryness. I’m at 8 heels post-op and my scar is amazing! It’s still healing but these sheets have definitely helped the process. Added benefit is that the sheet aids in massaging the scar to break up scar tissue by providing a smooth surface and preventing friction. Negatives: I haven’t been able to get one to last 2 weeks as is indicated on the box. Longest has been 5 days, with very minimal removal and reapplying. When trying to rinse the sheet to clean off fuzzies or stains(followed instructions provided,)it curls up on itself and is very difficult to get unstuck and flat to dry. Wasted a few that way. If a corner or edge lifts, it is going to eventually roll up on itself and come off. Again, wasted a few due to that. TIP: Have found that cutting off the part that is no longer sticky helps. If pulled too tightly across scar, especially on a joint that is bending, it will not stay adhered. TIP: if using on a joint, apply when joint is fully extended and do not try to stretch it to fit. Overall, I think they’re worth the cost.

Easy to use and affordable silicone sheets with multiple uses.
Easy to cut to size needed, lightweight and very adhesive. The skin tone color blends so well with the areas I use them on such as covering eczema scars on my upper arms. I also apply them at night to keep forehead and lip lines on my face hydrated and to allow absorption of night time skincare products. They do not fill in wrinkles but the hydration plumps the skin and minimizes their appearance. I have used thicker silicone scar sheets in the past but like the thickness of these, which lay flat and stay in place until removed. They can be used for more than one application and can also be washed with soap and water and reapplied to the plastic sheet or paper they come in for drying. Overall a great product for the price.

GREAT PRODUCT TO HELP WITH HEALING SCARS
I had Mohs surgery on my face for Basal cell skin cancer and wanted to treat the scar with a scar sheet. I had another brand on hand but decided to reach out to my niece, a dermatologist, to ask if she recommended any particular brand. She recommended Aroamas and I ordered right away. I'm so glad I did -- there is a world of difference compared to several other brands I used in the past. On every criteria, these scar sheets are the best. They adhere better and longer than other brands, but are also easy to remove for showering. It's easy to They're easy to use and cut to the right size, and the neutral/sheer color hides the scar without drawing attention to the scar sheet itself. Wish I'd found these years ago!

Size changed after purchase
I recently had surgery and was recommended to purchase these silicone sheets for keloid prevention. I bought one set of the 5.7" adhesives and was relatively satisfied with the product. It was kind of frustrating that the sheet would roll up sometimes when I laid it out while I showered but, for the most part, it was better than some of the other silicone adhesives I used. Anyway, I decided to buy another but when I received my purchase, I realised it had automatically changed due to the 5.7" being unavailable. Strange how it enabled me to purchase 5.7" adhesives when there were none in stock, but now I have the 3" ones, which aren't enough to cover my entire scar and I feel that just connecting two will leave a gap that may allow keloid formation. I was kind of annoyed with this. Otherwise, it's a decent product but fairly expensive for what you are getting.

Hands Down! The Best in Scar Sheets for my Facial Scar...
I am recently recovering from having Mohs surgery to take out a skin cancer on my face. I ordered two different 'brands' of Scar Sheets. (The first one, I won't mention by name, but it is the brand my Surgeon's Team said to get.) The second one I ordered which came much quicker than the other one, are these 'Aroamas ' Scar sheets. The difference between the two products/Brands, is Night and day!!! Not only did the Aroamas Scar Sheets arrive to my doorstep in 2 days, they work extremely well!!! Then compared to the 'other' brand I got,...that brand is clear, too thin, and does not stick on my sensitive Facial Scar between my Nose and Top lip line. The Aroamas Scar Sheets are a nice nude color, (which can also make it helpful for some UV protection, since new scars should not get ANY sun!) They are just right ..perfect in 'thickness', (not too thin that it gets stuck on itself,(like that other brand that is too thin, clear, and does not work on my scar); and not too thick that it falls off the area. My scar is in a VERY hard-to-work-with area, between nose and lip, and a good quality scar sheet can make all the difference. Thank you, Aroamas!!!
