Seems to be proper de-mineralised H2O, using for car wiper fluid by mixing concentrated solvent.Keeps my windshield clean with no streaks, no marks left behind!! May not be cheaper, however I would recommend this for car applications as mere distilled water will easily carbonated in short TDI ration, this does not seem so..
