Bob's Red Mill Millet Flour, 20-ounce (Pack of 1)

Went wheat free and love this flour. I make bread with a simple quick bread recipe and love the flavor, use it in pancakes and other bakes goods. Never heard of millet flour until last year but am happy to have something to enjoy.

The Millet Flour arrived early, in perfect condition, as described, with a freshness date good for for over a year and a half! The price was good, on a product I use frequently, I feel it's a good value for a Keto friendly grain. I use it to bake, coat fish or meat, or thicken stews, and stir fries. I use extra eggs to bind dough, and extra milk for moisture.

I use this product in a recipe for GF sandwich bread, which I have also used for GF pizza crust. I think it adds flavor to and improves the texture of the bread and pizza crust.. It is a little pricey but the recipe doesn’t call for that much of it, maybe a third of a cup in a two-cup mixture of different GF flours, so a bag of this will last me several weeks. It is hard to find this locally, so I’m glad Amazon has it.
